Two small-business owners, more than a decade each, and a year of running our own company on AI.
We built Measured AI because the price of agency work stopped matching what it costs to deliver.
Both founders have run small businesses for more than ten years, working with SMEs from construction through to retail, hospitality and events. We have been the client: paid for sites we did not own, read reports full of rankings and no phone calls, and managed suppliers we did not have time to manage.
Over the past year we rebuilt our own company’s website, search presence and admin using AI tools, and measured what it saved. The delivery cost fell by most of its former size; the agency prices around us did not move. Measured AI is that gap, offered to businesses like ours: trades first, because that is where the audit data shows the biggest difference, then the retail, hospitality and service businesses we already know.
